Jeremy Purchased his sheep earlier in August this year.
A few months ago Jeremy Clarkson was at the Shearwell Thame Summer Sheep Fair with a film crew. At the fair he bought 78 so called North of England Mule shearlings. In the Autumn they were brought to his farm by the breeder.
You’ll all know by now that Clarkson has bought a farm. He has spent the last year or so getting stuck in. Be it tending to sheep, growing crops or generally mucking about with some epic machinery.
While on the Jonathan Ross Show, Jeremy admitted that it’s hard to look after the sheep without catching a glimpse of when a ram meets a lovely lady and things… happen. I guess – being a farmer – you have to be in-tune with the natural world around you.
He has come up with some cool farming methods however, including fitting a speaker to a drone to try to herd sheep without a dog. It hasn’t been very effective, but it sounds like a good idea anyway.
But somehow Clarkson got attached to some of his sheep and he even gave his two rams a name: Wayne Rooney and Leonardo DiCaprio.
I Bought The Farm will be shown on Amazon Prime. It is expected to be released early 2020.
